Luxury Sales Associate:
Browning & Sons Fine Jewelry, located in Hinsdale, Illinois, is currently looking for a full-time Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. Browning & Sons is a staple in the Hinsdale community and one of the top respected jewelry stores in the western suburbs of Chicago. Specializing in fine jewelry, timepieces, and repairs, Browning & Sons is a trusted source for top-quality jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones. Looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people and is interested in working with our customer-centered, family approach to business.

    Essential Duties

• Promote sales by assisting customers and providing suggestions
• Communicate professionally with in-person and phone conversations with clients
• Utilize product and designer knowledge to promote sales
• Ensure store appearance is clean and presentable at all times
• Enter register transactions accurately
• Alert manager of inventory and other inaccuracies
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sales experience in a customer focused environment, preferred
• Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving or exceeding quota, preferred
• Previous experience in jewelry sales, preferred
